Seagrave is the oldest manufacturer of fire apparatus in the United States, founded in 1881 by Fredric Seagrave in Detroit, Michigan. The company initially specialized in producing ladders and later expanded into fire trucks and emergency vehicles. In 1963, Seagrave was acquired by the FWD Corporation and relocated to Clintonville, Wisconsin, where it continues to operate today. Seagrave is known for its durable and high-performance fire apparatus, including pumpers, rescue units, aerial ladders, and platforms, serving fire departments across North America.
